*Buyer Rebate Program Terms and Conditions
- -The Buyer Rebate Program is based on the purchase price of the home as reflected on the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

- -The Buyers agent agrees to give 20% of her commission to the Buyer at closing to be used towards closing costs on eligible properties.

- -To be eligible for the Rebate Program, the following criteria has to be met.
1. The property has to be a residential home that offers a Buyer Agent Commission of at least 3% and the sales price is more than $100,000.
2. The search for a home can NOT last for more than 4 months.
3. The Rebate Program is approved by the Buyer/Buyers lending institution.

- -To be eligible for the Rebate Program, the following forms must be completed, accepted and signed. These forms are provided by Maximum One Realty and are as follows.
1. Purchase and Sale Agreement
2. Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement
3. Buyer Rebate Program Terms and Conditions

-If an agent referral fee has to be paid then the buyers rebate will be reduced to 10%.

- -Land & Lot sales are not eligible for the Buyer Rebate unless the sales price is more than $100,000.

- -Commercial Listings are not eligible for the Buyer Rebate Program.

- -The rebate adjustments will be made on the HUD-1 settlement statement and/or the Purchase and Sale Agreement only, no third party rebates.

- -This program is subject to conditions, limitations, and exclusions.
